Default Zimmerman Rotors not available for the rears

I've known for a long time that I was going to put Zimmerman Rotors when I needed new brakes. Today is the day and I can't find Zimmerman rears. Can any of the gurus out there recommend a high quality rear rotor?

I don't need drilled/slotted and I'm going with Akebono pads.

Thanks!

IMHO, you get no better with fancy names for dead stock replacement rotors.

I would agree about Brembo and ATE/Lucas but the plain rotor situation has changed drastically in the last few years. Almost all production has moved to China and even the very high end drilled and slotted fancy ones in the US are made from Chinese blanks. Brembo and ATE now source most, if not all of their stock replacement rotors from China. You may find some Brembo NOS from Italy, but when it surfaces - goes fast.

For my last couple of rotor changes on Audis, I have used Raybestos Advanced Technology Rotors and LOVE them. Nice paint on the top hats as the AR rear rotor top hats are DEEP and ATE rotors rust like crazy. The Raybestos top hats do not rust, beautifully finished, and disc coated with a veg oil that burns off. And nice cross hatch pattern to bed in new pads. Amazon sells them and FREE shipping, which is big on rotors. Absolutely no runout issues. Use the "Advanced Technology" grade, not the "professional grade." 980028 front, 980024 rear

Change2E85- I have a new, unused, box set of Akebono pads's for allroads for sale. I only live a few miles from you - in Denver.
