ACNA elections: WHEN is this years nominations deadline?

7/25? On the ACNA website there is a "draft" memo dated 11/6/08 that shows 7/25...
don't know when/if that will be official, but I didn't spend a lot of time on the site going through the minutes either.

No posting I found, shows a date. Minutes talk but no notice of the sort either
