No More $500 ACNA Loyalty Discount?!!!
Hi all,
So today I received a rather disappointing email from ACNA regarding it's 'new and exciting" 2013 loyalty program.
Essentially ACNA has done away with the $500 loyalty discount in favor of a straight 6% discount off MSRP. At first glance it seems like it's a good deal until you realize that one can do better either negotiating on your own or going through a discount service like ZAG or both, like I have in the past. What this basically means is that ACNA and Audi have essentially screwed it's most loyal members out of $500 bucks towards a new or pre-owned Audi.
If this is the case then I will most certainly not be renewing my ACNA membership and will seriously be rethinking my relationship with Audi.

Was that 6% off your final negotiated price or was it off MSRP? The old $500 ACNA loyalty was off final customer negotiated price. If your 6% was off MSRP then the 6% didn't do you any favors because as I said to ANCA when I first heard of this was that a "Child could negotiate better than 6% off MSRP.
The old ACNA $500 loyalty was in addition to Audi customer loyalty of as much as $2000 off depending on the vehicle you purchased. Audi has since reduced that number to $1500 max depending on the vehicle.
