I saw the prologue today at the LA Auto Show.

Wow! What a gorgeous design. The car is huge, but you have to really look at it to realize how big it is. The lines make it look much smaller that it actually is. It was on a turntable, behind a divider, the windows are tinted, and the door were closed. So you really couldn't see anything at all except for the exterior shape. Which knocked my socks off.

The two most impressive cars I saw at the entire show were this and the Maserati Alfieri.

While at the Audi booth I bitched to one of their people about the absence of the Avant models from the US. I was told that several people in the last few days have raised that issue. I hope AoA listens...

I know it's only a concept or whatever...but that steering wheel is just wrong.

For me - it has a too small accelerator
And the rear lights look wierd, but in overall it's a realy nice car.
