My S2 has lost its power! It runs normal at idle, but when I want to accelerate the engine gets "choked", with a lack of a better term. At this choking stage, there is black smoke coming from the exhaust. Got these error codes:

65535 Internal control modul memory error
00561 Mixture adaption limit not reached
00537 Lambda regulation control limit not reached - intermittent
00516 Closed trottle possition switch open or short to plus - intermittent
00513 Engine speed sensor (G28) no signal

Add. info: There is no error lamp inside the car that is lit. The car works fine, but when the engine is under a load it "chokes" and starts vibrating.

I did delete the error codes just to test if it was is emergency mode, but no improvement.

A week prior I ran out of gas, but drove many hours before noticing this problem.

That Item 8 "O"-ring at the end of the intercooler seems to be a problematic part.
