I've checked every plug I've pulled and I haven't seen any pins pushed in.
I really don't think it's the maf, it should run with out it, especially at idle. I'll check a few more things today, but please keep the ideas coming guys.

If there is good spark and fuel, and there are no vacuum leaks (this can be verified by starting the car with the maf unplugged), and we are under the assumption that the timing is correct (going off of the fact that it was previously running), there are no codes, and you are sure that all of your grounds are connected, I would look toward a potential compression issue. Rings could be sticking in the ringlands from sitting. Is there any smoke when the car is running? Performing a compression test could provide some insight.
