I had clear corners that both were blown off my car in severe wind (They had a loose fit with the connections). Where can I purchase a replacement set? Front clear corners? Even the old orange ones would work? I still have the headlights before I modified with the orange fronts but they look like a 1 piece deal?

Well those were obviously very poorly contructed aftermarket/non-Hella units *OR* they were never installed properly (the C4 A6/UrS6 side markers have a "lock" system, instead of the click system that the C4 100/UrS4s used).

ECS has a Hella kit: Audi C4 S6 Quattro 20v T Lighting Side Markers - ECS Tuning Should fit perfectly

Depo on ebay has aftermarket ones for less money but they might need some "adjustment" to fit properly:
