Hey all,

New here, i recently got a 95.5 S6 Avant, the d/s front fender is rusted through in the typical spot.

So i am wondering if you guys think this is fixable?

Also, id like to buy a rust free fender if anyone has one.

So another question is does an S4 fender work with an S6? I have searched and I couldnt find a concrete answer.

UrS4 and UrS6 are different because of the headlight and side marker shape. Normal C4 A6 fenders don't fully work either because of the lack of flare. However, you could use the lower rear portion of a C4 A6 left front fender as a donor/replacement for that rusted out bit.

I had the same issue on the passenger side. I chose to fix it by cleaning out the rust, coating with por-15, and using small $10 Bondo kit with wire mesh. Pretty easy weekend job and down low and so small it wasn't very noticeable even before the final sanding and paint -
