Replaced amp and now passenger side speakers don't work. Also the back speaker is cracking...

you can check if it is the cable are connected well and check the head unit to see if it is working well. By the way, what brand of head unit did you use?some may not be compatible. I have the seicane aftermarket car stereo head unit which works perfectly for me.
