A6 C5 symphony 11 hed unit issue
the oddest thing, got in the car last night and the stereo didn't power on, all the buttons light up but no sound and no screen, there are 6 cd's in there and can't eject them either, i have VCDS and OBDELEVEN and when scanned the screen displays "DIAGNOSE" but then goes back to blank, no errors show up so confused as to what it could be

well I would just like to say I'm a complete idiot, I tried pressing all the buttons and the ***** but nothing happened, then I tried pulling the volume **** out and it came off, when I put it back on it pressed in and voilą the unit came on, tried pressing it again but nothing happened, I think the previous owner has somehow pushed it so hard the inside had gone all the way down to it's core so wasn't depressing like it should, I put a blob of blutack in the and now it works as it should lol
