Default Anyone try DVD audio?

I have a great SA CD collection, but no DVDs… hoping that there are some audiophiles in this forum so they can report.

Anyone?

I tried DVD-Audio on a 2014 A6 Prestige TDI, It didn't work (my 2013 Acura MDX can play one though; Audi is in the dark ages for audio). I cut a DVD with 24 bits at 96kHz audio tracks and it worked. It sounds great but that not much better than a CD and hi-res audio takes a lot of space on a disc. It's garbage in garbage out. If you use a very well mastered great recording, the CD (or a digital copy) will sound about as good as it gets; 24bit/48kHz maybe a tad better but not much.

Default dvd audio

i've had success and failure with dvd-audio on my 2014 A6. However, it has never successfully changed tracks with the car in motion.
