Hey,
I recently purchased a used 2009 audi A4.
I am desperate to somehow connect my phone to the car so I can play media of it, but I find nothing but a felt pad in the armrest and my glovebox is completely empty (no ports)
I have no idea what trim the car is...

I'm awfully sorry for the lack of information I can provide, but I would be very thankful if someone could tell me if there's a possibility to connect my phone, and if so, how?

You don't say which phone you have. If an iPhone and there is no port in the upper left side of the glovebox, you must have the base model which apparently did not come with an Apple device AMI connection. There are several bluetooth audio add on devices that might work for you. Do an AW search for bluetooth audio or someone else can offer particulars.

Definitely a bad one. If FM is the least in audio quality, an FM transmitter is even worse. As i wrote, check out the various Bluetooth audio add on options. Worlds better.
