I recently got a US Mobile prepaid SIM for my '13 S4 (MMI 3G+) that works great. Google Earth, Search, etc work. The only thing I can do is get an AudiConnect account set up on my phone. I've tried the SIM # from the US Mobile and it says it is invalid, when I use the number off the expired Audi SIM it says it is already activated!

If someone could help me get around this I would appreciate it!

What are you trying to do, use the myAudi to have destinations "Send to Car"? If so, you don't use the sim card number. myAudi should have given you a pin number when you registered that you enter in the MMI when it asks for it in the my destinations screen.

Where exactly are you trying to sign up for an account? The correct place is my.audi.com.

myaudiconnect.com would be the wrong place. That's to sign up for T-Mobile or AT&T service. You already have service through US Mobile.

Ahhhhh....ok so now I've got the my Audi account but when I go to the vehicle list for the app it just says "Error while loading"

Did you add your vehicle? Are you on Android or iOS?

iOS, I added the vehicle and the VIN is present but when I try to select it I get the error.

Sorry, no idea. Never had that issue. Mine loads just fine. Your VIN comes up as an S4, is that correct? Are you using the latest version of the app? I believe it's 2.4.0.

I'm doing some more research, I think the VIN is still registered to the previous owner.

Hi, When I registered my 2013 A4 on MyAudi it never gave me a PIN. Is the PIN listed somewhere in my account? Thanks
