I have a TTS 2012 with a Symphony II+

The problem is with the station IDs shown next to the 6 preset buttons.

When I program a preset, the song ID displayed is captured as the station ID when the Info button is pressed. Regardless of if in Info or Normal mode, the information on the song is captured into the station ID.

Is there any way to prevent this?

Is there any way to reset this?

Is my Symphony II+ broken?

My dealer has told me that this is standard behaviour. I think it's ridiculous.
