Default Issues with using Rhapsody through the MMI

I am a new proud owner of a 2016 Audi A7 TDI Prestige in mythos metallic black. Love the car so far and definitely enjoying the efficiency coming from a Jaguar XF with a 5.0 liter V8. I am having an issue when using Rhapsody through the MMI Connect (via WiFi). For some reason it continuously skips every song after 6 seconds. This happens regardless of the station selected. I am truly stumped. The other online music service available called AUPEO! works fine with no issues. Has anyone else experienced this? And does anyone know how to resolve this?

Maybe a bad or slow data connection?
