Logo Lights
Has anyone ever installed the LED logo lights like these:

I bought a set for my car. They look easy to install, but when I try to remove the existing lights, there isn't enough wire to allow me to pull it out far enough. I'm hesitant to try and remove the door panel for something this silly.
If you've done this, let me know how you did it.
