No constant 12 volts

No constant 12 volts
Ok guys, ive installed a handful of adtermarket radios in my day, but im currently struggling.
I am installing a new HU in my 03 Audi A4 quattro. The red and blue 12V constant is only giving me .2V and i cant figure out why.
The ignition wire gives me power, but only 10.5V.
The fuses are fine. Idk what to do
