q7 key acting up

q7 key acting up
Hi,both of my q7 keys are acting up on me. When i put the key in ignition, you cant pull it out again. I need to press the little button on the ignition to take it out.
So i only use the start/stop buttons.
Also the key does not lock from 10meters (both keys). Even when standing near the car it wont lock the car sometimes and the key flashes a red light really fast.
Cant find no information about this problem no where..
