Hi all,
I have a 2008 Audi Q7 that has the Bang & Olufsen system in it. I recently has an amp failure in the rear passenger/cargo compartment due to water ingress. (Sunroof drains) So I opened the amp and cleaned up the PCB, still doesn't work. Under significant magnification I can see a few of the VIAs on the PCB have corroded to the point that connection may have been lost to the internal traces. It is too difficult to see the internal traces, so I need a schematic/diagram for the PCB to attempt a repair.

I have called B&O and they referred me to Audi. I haven't called Audi yet, but I can imagine the response I'm going to get from them regarding internal amplifier schematics.

So, I'm here. If anyone has any ideas as to where to look next, please let me know, thanks.

Hello Shane,

I work at Audi Meadowlands. We (like any other dealership) do not have access to the schematics of the internals of electric parts like that. Im not even sure where you COULD find that. It as to exsist somewhere, but Audi dealerships do not have a way to get an internal wiring diagram because if it is damaged, we would just replace it, not repair. If i can help you in any other way let me know!

Hey thanks for responding...I appreciate it. I believe what you say is true which is why I came to the forums. I know the schematic is out there somewhere...and I don't have reason to believe that this should be restricted information or anything...I just need to find the right person.

So, if there is ANYONE that has access to B&O schematics, please come forth and collect your reward!
