Default Stereo ISO connector Locking Tabs

Hi. Can i anyone tell me, in detail, how i unlock the purple/redish locking tab/latch on the ISO connector on the rear of the 2004 Audi Concert II stereo to enable removal/installation of the tiny metal pins into the ISO connector, not the quadlock the ISO connector. In AudiologisTT tutorial on this forum (see image below), he shows it but it's not clear whether it is pushed in, pushed to the side or flicked out & also there are 2 smaller purple tabs on 1 side & 2 purple square tabs on the other side, which 1 or both at the same time? Any help is much appreciated as i don't want to force & break the connector!! Thanks forhttps://www.audiworld.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=41493&stc=1&d=14104928 25 your time.
