Default 2017 A4 Interior Cleaning/Damage question?

I have a new A4 and I got it cleaned at a car wash didnt notice for a couple days that I had some weird smudge marks on parts of my Interior plastic. I cant tell if its damaged from some type of chemical they used cleaning or if it can be fixed with proper cleaning solutions. Before I call a detailer, any suggestions? I may even ask the dealer if they can fix it. Here are some photos, ive tried cleaning it off with Audi Interior Spray, Goo Gone and Mild Soap and Water nothing works. So I'm starting to think whatever chemical the car wash used could of stripped the protective film off of it? I just want it to look a bit better

So, regardless of the chems you've tried, you can't change the appearance in the problem areas?

After trying Audi Interior Cleaner, Goo Gone and Soap and Water. It has not changed in those problem areas in the pictures.. I'm assuming it damaged it sadly. Was hoping for some type of detailer miracle to at least make it less noticable its odd that its even on a Non-reflective part of the plastic i can understand how it could maybe of removed like a protective anti-glare film maybe on the actual Face plate but the plastic to the right is even more odd. I thought about buying PlastX and trying it

That's a shame. There must have been some sort of chem solvent on their rags that attacked the plastic.

A better detailer will have a tiny polisher with tiny pads. A gentle plastic polish is likely to relieve some of that.
