I'm asking this as I've seen different threads...

...new, basic black, S4. Have 1k miles on it from Euro delivery in Sept, getting the car this week, and will nanoquartz it...after that, it will be clear bra on the front 3rd...

Would you wax/and or polish the clear bra, when you wax the rest of the car? Would you even wax anymore, or just a detailers spray?

You can wax the clear bra (Zaino, Meguairs NextTech 2.0), but a dedicated plastic cleaner/polisher, such as Plexus, is better.
