Default Leather seat conditioning

Does anyone recommend conditioning the leather seats and armrest?

Some friends said conditioning slow down the leather from cracking, some said it would speed it up. After driving my previous car without conditioning for several years, the driver's seat is very shiny and smooth compared to the passenger and back seats which still looks like when I bought the car. I guess that's just part of the wear and tear of every day use?

Well, with a question like this, you're going to get a million different product recommendations.

I'll mention that Audi's OES in the USA is Leather Master. Their products are water-based. I'd recommend getting the Strong Cleaner and the Protection Crème from Leather Master for basic maintenance.

Does this leave a sticky finish on the surface?

Anyway to prevent the seats from becoming shiny and smooth? My previous car looked very weird since only the driver's seat was different from the rest.

No, it's leaves a matte appearance. No odor.

That appearance is from wear and dirt. It's part of the experience. The Protection Cream is supposed to slow the degradation process:
