Scratched the front panel of my 1-month old Florett Silver Audi Q5 today... Not sure if it's so-called deep scratches, and rust can easily crawl in.. If I can skip the cosmetics (don't want to pay hundreds of $'s to fix it), can I just apply some anti-rust spray/wax on scratches? If so, what brand should I buy? Thanks!

For light scratches , you can use Ultimate Compound. Using touch up paint is your option to fix those deep scratches. Try youtube for tips.
