Default well, for the third month in a row, rogers has made a mess of my bill

I'm looking at leaving them in the new year.
Would be cheaper to get a north american plan with a us provider. sad... very sad.

Default Call Customer Retention department and make a stink (politely) and you can get all kinds of credits

and free phones out of them.

It's weird but I love it when they screw up stuff with me as it gives me excuses to get credits and new Blackberry's!!!

I got my last 5 phones (2 Razors, Sony Ericson, BB Curve, BB Bold) for free or on a major discount that way.

Default Thanks for the post, I was wondering WTF is going on with my bill last month...

I called Bell's customer service, and within 5 minutes they took off all long distance charges off my bill. I never thought their customer survice is that bad, but I agree that they should have actively fixing the problem, instead of having customer calling them, not a very good PR decision.
