No. In Ontario, when you put in your application...
you have to give them your top three (3) choices. If the first is not available or is denied (rude etc...) then they move on to the second and so on.

just call them - FWIW, QUATTRO and most variations of it were already taken when i inquired two years ago, so i got KWATTRO. not sure if you're looking for brand/vehicle specific tho...they guy was pretty nice too.
