Notice how we all say Independent Tuning whenever somebody ask for a shop?

of course 5W40....
Motul,Castrol,I've used Mobil 1 0W30 as well.
Just turned 100,000 km with one of those three from 4,000km and no issues. Of course I've got one of those older, not as reliable, but faster, S4s
STFA for other answers as to where to buy the stuff, etc.

I've used Mobil 1 0w40 synth forever. My next change I'll try the 5w40 diesel truck motor formula
or a similar ELF product.
Actually I'm lazy and will probably stick to the 0w40. We don't have any decent way to get oil analysis here in Canada anyways (that I've found), so how can I compare them?
