Default Where do you buy P21S?

Or something just as good in Canada? I'm sick of Simple Green on my wheels and don't think it works that well anyway...

Default Get the Simoniz from Canadian Tire, it works well.

Apply on a cold, and not in direct sun. If you do follow these simples directions, it may damage the finish of your wheels, thrust me.

It is teh best stuff avaliable here, in local shops.

Default At Ultracar

On Ste Catherine st. West in front of the Plaza Alexis Nihon, on the second floor on top of the Subaru dealer. You need to order it first and it takes about a week. They also sell Vinylex.

Default Wheel and Tire Zone carries it.

But knowing them it's probably 20% more expensive than everywhere else ;-)

Default are you looking specifically for P21S?

What is this stuff? Any issues, or things to know about in using it? Where do you buy it from?

Default It's a synthetic polymer developed, initially, for the aerospace industry

You apply it to the wheel's surfaces just as you would any kind of polish. Let it dry to a haze and then buff it off.

In order for the product to really work you have to allow it to 'cure' for 12 hours. Some guys on the B6 board actually use it on their entire car. They'll put it on the night before and let the car sit in the garage overnight to 'cure'.

It's supposed to last up to 6 months between applications.

I ordered through a place in California since I work in the US and it was easier but you can order it through these guys:

Timco Aerospace Products
Orangeville, Ontario
519.941.1206
Tim Balogh
sales@timcoaerospace.com

Check out the corrosionX website for more technical information.

I have to say that it's been awesome so far and all I've had to do is use a high pressure wash on my wheels and the grime just comes off! It really works at preventing brake dust from sticking. A small amount of wiping and the wheels look like new!
