I am very soon picking up a 2013 S6 and want to drop the APR tune on it pretty quick after I do a proper break in. I'm actually in the Milwaukee area but down in Chicago a fair amount for work. Is there a local APR partner that anyone can recommend? I will ship my ECU to APR, if need be as i've done that in the past, but am curious about a local shop if that's a good option.

I don't have any experience with any of the installers personally. I know Bill Jacobs in Naperville runs a decent shop. I bought a BMW from their BMW store and my brother bought two VW's from the exact store you would install at. He seemed happy with their service department. Sorry I could not be of more help. Let me know how the tune goes. They still don't make one for my 3.0 A6 so I am leaning towards Stasis myself. However I don't have a timeline yet, so if APR rolls something out, I might bite.

pretty far from Lombard where I used to go all the time ...

but I can attest that they are great
