Avoid Motodyne at all costs!! You're not the first person he has stolen money from..
His company is a complete fake. He advertises products that don't exist. I'm sorry to hear that you lost money, but you should have done some research first.

He does have a physical location
on his website. Should be able to trace him with that.
You may have luck with the Better Business Bureau. They may be able to help you track him down and familiarize you with what legal recourse you have here in the States.
And I know you don't want to hear it, but searching on AudiWorld would have given you much information to base your decision on to buy from him or not.

http://welcome.bbb.org/

If you paid VIA Paypal, open a dispute. They're pretty good at resolving issues....
well as least from my personal experience. I bought an item off eBay and it was worst than described. By the time everything was done, I had a full refund (including shipping cost) and I was under no obligation to return the item. Sweet deal!
As for the website, I have to agree with the others, these "no-name" websites should always be Googled before hand to see if anything odd comes up. Or you can always follow the general rule that "if it seems to be too good to be true, it probably is"
Hope this helps!

People have tried to find him. His address/phone/IP address do not match up.
IIRC, the address listed on his site is a small unmarked office building. I think he literally runs things out of his basement.
