Today,a customer asked me whether there is carbon fiber hoods in our store,I said no.

carbon fiber hoods have been popular many years back with Japanese cars. siebon comes to mind right now. I used to sell them all the time. they have negatives and positives to them.
positive is that they look great and weight reduction is another positive.
negative is the price, fitment, and maintenance.
more negatives than positives so they didn't take off like they should have. the hype was short lived.
