s4 catches fire

My 2011 Audi S4 spontaneously caught on fire while I was driving it. The car was completely in flames in a matter of 2 minutes. Insurance is paying book value but Audi isn't taking any responsibility or accountability for their product failure. Who can I contact to help me throughout this ordeal. I actually have nightmares of being stuck in the car.
