I initiated a transaction with Shokan Coachworks after seeing their icon on your website. I felt confident in the fact that you wouldn't endorse them if they were not good merchants. To the contrary, I had the worst experience in my life dealing with these people. Shipping rusted non working parts and dishing out the worst abuse on the telephone I have ever experienced makes me wonder why you would let their icon exist on your website.

I myself have had several transactions with them for used parts and have had no issues. Talk with the owners to try and resolve your problem.

I do believe it was the psycho owner that abused me on the phone. My issue has already been resolved by VISA.

I wish I did a search for them before I gave them my money. So many horror stories all over the web.

Sold me a bad fuel pump, then tried to say my mechanic, who is also my dad, broke it on purpose to sell me a new one.

Would NEVER use them again.

I hope you didn't buy a used fuel pump........they go bad just sitting after being used in fuel and then stored on a shelf, unless they were completely cleaned out and lubed.

Shokan get's an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau for good reason. They ship out defective parts and if you call to complain they will be rude and hang up. Pay for shipping to get the part; pay for shipping to return the defective part; pay for shipping to get the replacement (hopefully also not defective). They will only exchange the defective part and will not credit back to your credit card. They are just useless and after my experience with them I wouldn't deal with them ever again.CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Their prices are nearly what the dealer charges for new parts. You are better off on German Ebay for used parts, even with shipping...
