For those that understand the effects of under and over - steer. Here is a fun video that shows modifications can be very fun to a stock car. Adjustable sway bars are GREAT to help improve our Audi's handling based on personal experience.

Under steer limits control. Over steer magnifies our car's handling to be "Out-Of-Control", but can be better handled if one learns how to manage the over steer. I've learned this from Porsche drivers. ; )

However, over steer not handled properly leads to very very bad accidents and totaled cars.
