Audi Q7 Headlight Fault

Audi Q7 Headlight Fault
My 2012 Q7 got a n/s dipped headlight out warning ! I bought a new HID bulb and without touching the glass replaced the bulb
The headlight worked as soon as switching on ! However the light kept going off and then back on even when stood still,
I did a bit of research and thought it could be the ballast unit on the bottom of the headlight so ordered and fitted one !
The fault continues

Hi,
I am facing the same issue. did your issue is fixed ? I have changed the bulb and Ballast and as soon i plug in the light it turns on even though the ignition is off and switch is not on Auto.
I swap the right side Headlight to left it works fine. But the RH side is having issue . Short circuit ?
Plz advise

Hi,
