Make Sport line softer

Hi, So I have a 2010 A4 Sport Package and I love the car and plan on keeping it for a while but i am wondering is there a way to soften up the stiffness on the ride itself. I feel like i'm hitting every crack on the road I have my tire pressure set to 36 front 32 rear. Should i change the pressure on them they are 24540 18?

If you find the sportline springs too stiff for you, I recommend trading them for regular springs with another A4 owner who wants them. The regular A4 springs might suit you better.
