Thanks guys.
Step one, got her home and into the garage. the car runs smooth, (other than the headlight housing crack, and hood) all damage is superficial plastic

Step two, (step two would have been cam follower if it had arrived) changed the timing belt, water pump, and drive belt.

found that the carpets were wet under the floor mats. A little research and discovered the Audi drain issues in the battery/booster pan. Sure enough, looked like they have never had attention. Wished the previous owner would have done a little home work, I believe the wet carpet mystery drove him to excavate the floor board.

Happy to find the cam follower was still in one piece. Have a replacement coming next week regardless.
