My brother (who has no kids) is an owner of a new A8L and sold me on the idea of them, so i picked up a 2005 A8L (cant afford a new one.... kids) in Maryland with 110k miles and every service record you can think of.... except the timing belt / water pump / other random stuff at 85k. my brother and I got threw the maintenance in his garage over a weekend with help from youtube, this forum, and some moderate experience turning wrenches. Couldn't be happier with the car, already looking forward to adding some ponies as cash flow allows. also, maiden voyage was 700 miles back to Michigan, threw the mountains, in a blizzard.... was not disappointed in the least.
