New owner

Hi all. Just bought a q5 3.2l. Love it so far! Audi seems to a lot like apple in that they have made everything so proprietary. Can't even check oil yourself? That's a first...lol. Anyways, just wondering if there are certain things I should order or do now to make life easier for a do-it-yourselfer?
