Check out ticketassassin.com. This is one of those tickets that is subjective and beatable. I'm guessing he was pulling your over for other reasons (maybe you swerved and the cop thought DUI) and used this CVC as a fall back to justify the stop.

Already a paying member :) It's a bull**** ticket...
He blatantly told me that I he thought I was a DUI because I creeped over the left limit line to try and see what was ahead of a truck in front of me. Then he cited me, and poof was gone.
