Default Los Gatos has some action. Saratoga a bit older money feel. Cupertino engineer central.

All get warmer in Summer than areas closer to the Bay. For cooler Summers without going too far or blowing the budget, look at Sunnyvale and Mountainview.

I would avoid Cupertino like the plague unless you have kids (good schools). The drivers there make me postal

Default must be cupertino - the mountains start at the top of stevens creek and 280 goes right through.

saratoga = 85
los gatos = 17

Default The warped and dry sense of humour gave it away? Or was it the spelling?
