Like Chris said...if you are pulling the engine do K04's. And if you are in there
and it hasn't been done, do the timing belt and cam tensioners. Depending on who does the work, you are going to be paying more for the parts. If you plan to go Stg 3 with it a clutch is also a good idea and Wicket Motorsports in LA has some great clutch packages.
I can do all the work on the car. As Chris knows I've done A LOT of turbo swaps(I think I'm at about 18 now) and I just helped reefer_bob with his. Email me if you want some prices(parts and labor).

Met the guy at Griffin this morning, it's a TIP...DAMN
Wife said it was a stick. I was all hyped up about this thing too. I did tons of research on stage 3 upgrades and watched a bunch of youtube videos last weekend, oh well. Maybe I can find a nice stage 3 already done.
