Cleaning up the yard... any recommendations for river gravel/stone sources?
We live in San Jose, our side yard is only about 6' wide, and unfortunately 46' long, but it grows nothing but weeds... Tired of dealing with this nuisance! Purchased industrial weed-block fabric at Costco, my dad has been diligently attacking the weeds that were there, now it's time to find a source for the rocks so we can lay the fabric down and break our backs moving the rocks...
Anybody here have experience with any of the local suppliers?

Haven't used them, but there are two industrial types places I know of.
One behind the Mtn View BMW store on the corner of El Camino and the western start of 237.
The other is called Peninsula Building Materials in Sunnyvale on Aster, next to Lawrence Expressway. It's the larger of the two, but a bit of a pain to get to.
