Default didn't Stan Jirman also used to carry around paperwork justifying his xenons back in the day

of course, in his case they were the euro headlights installed on an A4 that predated xenons. I remember him being pulled over when a group of us were driving up to thunderhill once.

Default This is true...

and myself and others have sent in fix-it tickets without a signature at all. As long as they get their money...

I had a fix-it ticket. I just paid it. I never messed around with "fixing" anything.

Default I contested my SF tik, no front plate, and got lucky; 3 months later I

received a letter stating my ticket was cancelled. Interestingly they clearly stated it was not due to the basis of my argument; I assume they must have gotten back logged or a database crashed. Either way my front bumper is still not pierced!
And thanks for the advice with inserting a pic with the sig. I can now proudly display my latest track pics!

Default We inserted paperwork from Audi in the owner's manual, stating the car had headlights

in compliance with the law.

Default Hey, no fair. He didn't pass those to me, but I have his headlights :)

I'm glad these Xenons are pretty much the norm these days. At least makes it easier for us non DOT to get by

Hope all is well with the family

Default ugh, you didn't need to drill a hole!

I had the same thing, and just zip-tied a plate in the front under the bumper with some foam behind it to look straight.
