Unfortunately, I was trying to be law-abiding and get my ticket fixed within the 21-day timeframe. I will never be such a stupid sucker again! After reading all the posts here, esp. about just sending money in without the sign-off or just scribbling in a sign-off. I get sick everytime I see my front bumper with the license plate on it. It just doesn't look the same!
