compared to peninsula creamery though.

great for friends, horrible for dates.

I had to go to the WORST neighborhood in downtown LA to get that stuff before.... I wouldn't say it's a breakfast joint, but uhm yeah it's on the top of the list....

Absolutely...the CORN STARCH pancakes are a local favorite, IIRC. ; )
