Default Thanks! 245/45/17s on 17x8 ET35. They fit just fine, except...

... there was evidence of a very slight rub on the left rear. A 4"x 1/4" flattening on a lip of the inner liner. Never heard it in the car, rubber on plastic. Must have been happening in 8B.

Corkscrew exit is probably the worst case place on the planet for that rub (?). As I go faster that could be worse, but for the moment not going to worry about it. Also, a rear bar might make it better?

And the car does look really good on the tires/wheels. Aren't there style points on the student evaluation form?

Yes, an H-Sport rear sway makes a huge difference.

Thanks! Dean Treadway's A group meeting advice - aim at the little white bark tree, then turn in.

Default Good stuff man!

Good to see you there again! Nice pics, and great to hear that the tires work well, since I just got myself a 2nd set of wheels with the same tires. They arrive today, so I'm just dying to have another track event to go to.

Picking up my rear sway bars (Neuspeed) that I got from the auction soon too. Next time my goal is to not let *every* S4 pass me, hahahaha. =)

Saw you once or twice on the track, beautiful lines. Much better than many of the B or C drivers I saw, even if you were slower. Smooth is fast!

See you at the next event!
