Eugene, I am basing my comments on what I have read over the years here at Audiworld..and the emails you have sent to me and the other moderators and admins at Audiworld. Sorry dude, you are abrasive on the internet...you also have an opinion on Livermore Audi...everyone is entitled to one. I just think your internet persona needs a bit of introspection. I didnt want to be the only one to not post on the subject, so even tho ive added up about $46.44 of people's 2 cents ill toss mine in for kicks.

Bottom line, Service writers, get paid to do a couple things. Dealing with customers is one of them. Customer satisfaction is key no matter what business ur in, no matter what your dealing with. Im a tocuh more forward so if someone like me heard in the background "who the fu..." i probably would have come over the counter. But simply put, Im rowdy and can be violent at times.

Comes down to this. The guy should take any crap any customer hassed to deal out, smile back in the guy sface, and say I'll see what i can do. No matter what the guy says. More or less he's being paid to put up with peoples crap, and to do it in the best way possible. Especially with something like a car lot considering alot of business car lots deal with are returning customers. You can only chase so many away because some kid in parts wants to be a dick before you notice your not drawing people like you used to.
