I agree, I mentioned a poor encounter to AOA and received the red carpet treatment every time after
of course from a CT dealership, but still I believe AOA can help you out, call them. I posted the number a few lines below

First of all, you shouldn't be calling out ANY dealers regarding a car that is chipped...
This gets them in trouble with AoA and gets you in trouble with any members who have good relationships with these dealers. You should keep your comments anonymous or else you're just messing it up for the rest of us and getting the good dealers in trouble.
I know both dealerships. They are both good dealerships. YOu should be cognisant of the fact that your post may be getting them in trouble as we speak.

i agree, is it maybe because of your approach ?
or the way you guys talk about your problems pissed them off? coz i know more than a lot of peeps went to livermore audi and never had problems.... sorry for your bad experience but let's not bash people and talk sh*t about them based on our personal experience. thanks

called AOA, they took down my complaint....BUT
i also noted to them that
1. i had a crappy experience 3 years ago, and started going to another dealer
2. i post on several audi message boards, and that this info does nothing to improve their public image
3. that quite a few other members have shared similar stories about the dealer
the kicker -- they told me my Audi Assured expired last december, 2 years after purchasing the car, not 4 like originally agreed to (in writing) when i bought the car. so i have a feeling that if i want that honored, i will HAVE to come back to livermore.

good. they shouldn't treat a customer like that
i never expected them to give me service chipped, and noone HAS given me service chipped.
my second turbo failure was my fault and i paid for it out of my own pocket.
