i don't think you could go wrong with either brooks or bauer.
both have been in the business for quite awhile, and although i do not personally know bauer, i am confident that brooks can and will handle your needs.
i do biz dev for most of the larger real estate companies in the bay area, so if you have a special case that you need a second opinion on i'll be glad to refer you to a couple others that are non-aw based.
